The whole property has been redeveloped for the discerning visitor seeking quality B & B accommodation or comfortable self-catering accommodation in the adjacent bungalow.

The patio, and lawned area provides a idyllic location for relaxing on a warm summer day.

The Bungalow comprises two spacious double bedrooms, comfortable lounge, kitchen and a small bathroom. The lounge has direct access to the patio and lawn.

The Olivia is a traditional property, carefully renovated fro the best in self-catering accommodation and serviced accommodation in our fully ensuite guest accommodation.

The area is renown not only for its miles of golden secluded beaches and the welcoming sea-side atmosphere of the holiday village, but also for its sea fishing at Chapel Point, local well stocked fresh water fishing lakes and rivers.

Addlthorpe Golf Course is a short drive away, plus two golf courses are available at Skegness. Alternatively, Chapel Six Marshes Wildlife Park with it hide for keen wild-life observers is close by, or Gibraltar Point - a similar but larger reserve.

Out and about, visitors mat wish to visit the Lincolnshire Wolds, with it miles of secluded walks and country lanes. villages, hamlets and market towns, such as Alford, Louth and Spilsby.

 
The refurbished bungalow is open for accommodation - the guest accommodation is due to open in 2012 - we welcome enquiries for both venues - early reservation is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
